Mallet was an emerging brand looking to scale up and enter the international marketplace.

Mallet was focused on acquiring a larger sector of the mens sneaker business in the premium to luxury sector on an international scale.

As part of the expansion of Mallet into the US market, an exclusive launch was secured with Los Angeles based specialty retailer Fred Segal.

Having launched during the phasing out of Covid, the project needed to be managed remotely with direction on design and merchandise for the pop up shop coming from the UK. Execution taking place with a local US production team.

The brief was to keep a minimal aesthetic which aligned itself with the Fred Segal store concept. As space was limited; a bright, clean and modern white box concept was created.

This pop up enabled the brand to amplify awareness within the USA, leading on to Saks 5th Avenue as the next US major retail partner.
