Delivering Insightful Pop Ups to Lane Crawford Hong Kong

Lane Crawford is Hong Kong’s premier luxury boutique department store. Whilst working in their mens buying team, we invited Kim Jones to curate an exclusive pop up shop.

We wanted a fresh perspective on menswear. Kim Jones, who believed a modern man’s wardrobe is the perfect balance of traditional classics and sportswear presented four distinct categories which defined menswear and celebrated its diversity; the Savile Row tailor, Japan and beyond, the Futurists and the wardrobe staples.

Working as project manager, I liaised between Kim Jones and the Lane Crawford production team to ensure the pop up delivered to the criteria of both the store and the designer. This was in terms of fit out and product assortment.

Working collaboratively with the visual merchandising, marketing and PR teams; the pop up drove significant increases in traffic and sales for the menswear department.
