- Reviewing store planning, buy ranging and stock turn to ensure inventory KPI’s were met
- Deliver the buying and retail strategy to the C-Suite for sign off
- Overhaul the buying and merchandising processes to ensure stock hit KPI’s
- Creating a Trading Document and Training manuals to support both on and offline retailing
- Worked collaboratively with key stakeholders in marketing, e-commerce and retail teams to achieve targets
