The client wanted to reclaim market share amongst competitors, improve sell thru and sales without compromising on the positioning of the store.   

  • Reviewing store planning, buy ranging and stock turn to ensure inventory KPI’s were met 

  • Deliver the buying and retail strategy to the C-Suite for sign off 

  • Overhaul the buying and merchandising processes to ensure stock hit KPI’s  

  • Creating a Trading Document and Training manuals to support both on and offline retailing 

  • Worked collaboratively with key stakeholders in marketing, e-commerce and retail teams to achieve targets

With the strategies put into place, we brought down weeks cover to 27 weeks vs 60, without compromising on product integrity or sales. Profits increasing double digits.
